3) Do prices include value added tax?
Prices for UK & EEC countries include VAT (Value-Added Tax). If you are a VAT registered company/organisation in the EEC ( excluding United Kingdom ), your company/organisation may be exempt from British VAT (currently at 17.50%). We may deduct VAT amount from the listed prices for you, if you can supply us your company/organisation's VAT number.

Prices for USA, Non-EEC countries and Channel Island do not include VAT because VAT is exempt.

4) Do prices include delivery?
     No, all prices do not include delivery and are ex-work.
     4.1) For mainland UK delivery, please read our Delivery Charges
     4.2) For Channel Islands and Northern Island, we can give you an estimate of delivery charge. Please submit the Enquiry Form below stating all the items that you wish to order.
     4.3) For rest of world, we can give you an estimate of delivery charge. Please submit the Enquiry Form below stating all the items that you wish to order.

5) Do I have to assemble the products by myself?
No. All our furniture is fully assembled, except Barbecue Tables and Tree Seats which are easy to be put together with the instruction provided. (Note that each Tree Seat come in two halves which need to be put together.)

6) What is the lead time after I place an order?
Usually, if stock is available it will take upto two weeks for delivery (depending on where you are located). If stock is not available, it may take longer. Painting usually requires an extra one or two weeks. Because we do not operate mass production but craft and make our product individually, we recommend you place an order as early as possible if you need the delivery at a specific date.

7) Where can I view Andrew Crace garden furniture?
You are welcome to visit our premise. Please find address at the bottom of this page. We are located north of London, between Bishops Stortford (M11, junction 8) and Harlow (M11, junction 7). If you come from a long distance, please telephone to make an appointment, as we are sometimes closed. We try to be open from 9 to 5, Mondays - Fridays. Weekends and Bank holidays by appointment.
